Just recoiled a T3 n god it was fiddly. Eventually used a cue tip with the ends cut off and threaded the 2mm wick into it, wrapped the coil round the cue tip tube then slid everything from the tube. Have to say getting the rubber bung back in was at first a bit of a problem but figured that putting the metal contact component into the bung first made it easier to replace the whole thing. I am getting 2.8 ohms with i think 6 wraps/loops which is a result. Not bad for a first attempt.
