T3s Replacement Heads

I am having some sort of issue with the t3s replacement heads. For some reason every time I refill the tank I have to replace the head. If I don't replace the head I get really loud "gurgling" and when I unscrew the tank from the battery I find the battery "cap" area is full of juice. If Replace the head everything is fine and I'm back to vapping as usual. I'm not over filling the tank as I have tried just filling it half full with no success. I have tried unscrewing the head / coil and then screwing the same head back in with no success. Any ideas? I don't have a local retail store to go to for help.

Wipe the head off before reinstalling it. Juice also gets into the tube of the T3S, blow it out, wipe off, reinstall the base with coil and good to go.

Whenever I fill a clearomizer, I put a tissue on the part that goes into the battery and blow in the other end to get out any juice that made it into the middle part.

It worked. I filled it this morning. Cleaned and blewout all the parts and pieces and it seems to be working just as it should. Now I just wish I had all the heads I have thrown way back... =(
