I get this with SI T3 heads sometimes... ...usually when the wicks are getting older, are over-saturated, or have become straight-up gunked. It also sometimes occurs with new wicks as they saturate and expand for the first time. New wicks will generally settle after a tank or two. If you're still getting gurgling from there, then you probably need to take a look at your flavor wicks to ensure that they're sitting neatly atop the coils. They can shift over time.

The best preventative measure is to just keep them reasonably clean. At a minimum, blow the juice out of them through the atty end and rinse with hot water before blowing the water out and shaking dry before each refill. You may also want to take that opportunity to pull the metal tube off and ensure that the flavor wicks are all nicely bunched together and centered.

I think the flavor wicks are largely to blame for the gurgling. Sometimes they sort of slide down next to the coils or get curled up in there. This causes problems, as the stray wicks will continue to draw in juice while also being too far from the coils for the juice be vaped off, eventually causing leakage and flooding once the excess juice runs out of places to go. They may be sitting on top of the coil, but all of the strands still need to make contact to keep them from becoming over-saturated.

You might try taking the head out, pulling that top tube off, and wrangling them together. If you have to, take them out with tweezers, twist them together and squish them flat before reinstalling them. The squishing is critical - if you just twist them, they'll slowly "pop out" and separate from one another as the heat from the coil penetrates them.

Just make sure to have them properly positioned with none sticking too far out on either end before pushing the tube STRAIGHT in. It will go straight in with enough force. If you wobble it in, you can screw up the positioning on them all over again. They need to be positioned right before you do this, because if you push on the saturated wicks from either side with the tube in place, they will curl back up inside and you'll be back to square one. You just have to be a little delicate with them. Once you get them set-up right, you generally don't have to mess with them.

When your T3 starts to gurgle and burble, you can either cast a spell with the resulting potion, or tip it up and vape it to get the extra juice out. I think it may be a combination of condensation and extra vacuum with there being more air in the chamber. If it gets really bad, and I'm outside, I give it a flick to clear the juice. Centrifugal force is a good thing.

Take off from battery and flick out that end or mouth end?

From the handful of brief reviews people have posted of their experiences with the Evod, it would appear that people are getting a better vape from the Evod than from their T3s. I haven't tried the Evod myself but have used T3s a lot. With the Evod, instead of replacing the base you can just replace the atomizer head portion of the base which means the replacement heads are cheaper. Although rather similar in appearance and overall form, for whatever reason (that I haven't heard nailed down yet), people who have used both prefer the Evod.

Better Vape would be subjective to what each is looking for.
Evod is shorter so Vape is warmer and has a bit more Vapor

Mini T3 does the same thing.
Evod heads cost less
T3 heads can last a long time if properly cared for.
