T80 not charging

I have 2 T80's, One is not charging, I know the lead works as it works on my grey one. I have had an exchange once due to a fault where it just died. I was wondering whether someone had any ideas. When I plug in the USB cable the battery light come on for about 10 seconds and then goes out. I await someones reply
