Nicolite charging problem!!

I have bought a new nicolite rechargeable E-Cig, but I can't get it to charge.
Any ideas??
It keeps flashing 10times to tell me it needs charging, yet when I plug the USB connector into the battery and then plug into the USB socket, nothing is happening.
I have been told that the light should be on when charging,and then the light goes out when fully charged.
All ideas welcome as I can't get the light on when I try charging.

Do you have a second one to test and see if it charges ok? Its really not possible to tell if its the battery or the charger at fault from what you've said. If its the only one you have then I suggest contacting the vendor.

I was having te exact same problem with another, and earlier today I exchanged that one for a brand new one. As it had some charge in it, I used it straight away. And now it's flashing. I don't have a spare, so is there anything I can try??

If its happening with both batteries then I'd say the charger is not working. There's no home fix - you would need to contact the vendor, tell them what's happening and ask for a replacement charger.
