Taifun GT for me too. I really like not needing a screwdriver to refill, and not having to drain the tank to rewick. It's really easy to coil, and easy to wick. It's also a very quiet atomiser and I guess that's why I like it so much. It makes practically no noise at all when vaping. There's no infernal whistling noise, crackling, popping or any of that.
So the TGT is great - That said, the TGT is less tolerant of wicking errors, and at first you may make mistakes and the thing might flood, or you'll get dry hits. Then you learn how much to pack into the wick holes, and your 2nd build will be better. By the 3rd build you should have ironed it out and be putting perfect builds in there time after time. Great flavour and vapour.
The TGT isn't pressure driven like the Kayfun. Wicking occurs because the chamber in the TGT has 2 holes from which you must make your wicking material enter the main tank. It is this fact that makes it critical to wick correctly, because too little wick will result in a flood.
There isn't much between the TGT and Kayfun in terms of vape quality. A good build in the TGT is slightly nicer than a Kayfun in my personal opinion. TGT just edges it for me, but YYMV. I still love my Kayfuns. I love how forgiving the Kayfun is. You can make messy coils and slap some wick in there somewhere and still get a great vape.
