I take it these are kits? One with 1 battery,1 atomizer and 6 prefilled carts and a charger.
The other with 2 batteries,1 atomizer,charger and 6 prefilled carts. And last, prefilled carts sold individually? Pictures may help sell these quicker if you have any, IMHO.
