Taking a 16mg strength liquid to 24mg strength

I have a favorite flavor that only comes in a 16mg strength, what I wanted to do was buy some nicotine and strengthen it to 24mg. The 16mg flavor comes in 10ml bottles and I bought three of them. So how much of the flavor and how much nicotine will I need to mix to make it 24mg ? Should I buy 24mg strength nicotine or higher to bring the 16mg flavor up to 24mg ?

I tried doing that but with a starting base of 16mg it says my target base cannot be more then 16mg, it seems like its only for decreasing the nicotine base.
