Been vaping for about a month now. Started out with an ego c 650mah kit,
Even though I didn't Love the ego c (id say i kind of liked it) I haven't touched a cig since I decided
to quit on July 5th. I want to thank the great people on this forum for all the help. This is such a great and friendly community, and I'm very happy that I found it.

Any recommendation on what cartomizer or clearomizers will work best with the ego twist?
I'm still fairly new to all this so any help will be very much appreciated.
Thanks again,
PG :vapor:

Hey pokergod.. I have two Twists and I use dual coil tanks.. Chrome Cartomizer Tank - 3.5ml - $10.00 : Heathers Heavenly Vapes, Top Quality Custom E-Liquids These are my favorite. I prefer single coil cartos, but that's a matter of preference. What you need on a Twist is higher ohm and standard resistance.. at least that's what I've found works best for me. Carto's need to be 2.0ohms or higher for the higher voltages. A lot of people like the stardusts.. eGo Mop Head Clearomizer (Clear) - $5.49 : Heathers Heavenly Vapes, Top Quality Custom E-Liquids I have a couple of these and they work really well. There's tons of things you can use on them, you have to try some different stuff and see what YOU like.

Yes! That is what I am doing as well, and I love them too. Once I learned to tip the clearo upside down to keep the wicks wet, that is.

They're pretty awesome. Read this tip somewhere, but if you have the 2.4ml size, remove the silicone cap near the mouthpiece, the conical shaped bit at the end of the coil. Or just snip around where the wick comes out. I haven't had anywhere near as many dry hits since I started doing it.

Thanks for the info! I do have the 2.4ml one. I will be sure to do that.

what about the best cartomizers? Ive read a lot of people really dont love the clearomizers.

I haven't had much luck with the clearomizers, but I haven't tried one lately, and they keep changing. Maybe they've gotten better. I like the smoktech single coil cartos in a dual coil tank with my twist. So, I agree with luvinit on the DCT, but disagree about the need for higher resistance... just personal preference. I like big hits. I use the 1.7 ohm cartos, and turn my twist up to 4.0 to 4.2 volts.

I use both stardust clearos and tanks for my ego twist. The best thing about the twist is that you can change the voltage depending on which you're using. I switch between my stardusts and cartomizer tanks with varying resistances through out the day (I vape multiple flavors all day), so it helps to be able to change the voltage of the twist depending on which one I'm using. With a standard battery, there's a noticeable difference between my standard rez cartomizers and low rez stardusts. With the twist, I can make both work great with just a twist of the dial :) Everyone's vaping habits are different, the twist is perfect for my ever changing flavor needs.

Vape On!
