New vapors now have a lot of great stuff to choose from. It's a shame that a lot of the first modders aren't around any more or are slowly being run over by the cheap Chinese clones. Remember back when the first VW devices were 15w? And we thought those were game changers. I've found the BilletBox to be my device of choice and quit chasing the newest, shiniest, most powerful mods. Even if we were still stuck with Twists and clearos I wouldn't pick up another cancer stick.

I just took the REO plunge for the second time! My first REO and I didn't see eye to eye, but I am going for round two! It is due to ship out tomorrow! But I'm in agreement with Megan, I still love some of my old stuff and I too will hold on to it for just in case! Except for the Lemo and cartotanks! Might be time to let go of those.

E-Go for a minute, then a Spinner with a Protank Mini. Thought I was all that and a bag of chips! Then I started lurking on ECF. Big trouble! Next up, a Billet a BoX (had no idea how lucky I was to get one, first try), then a P2.5, then G2, then P3 (and a 2nd one) and a Hana (and a 2nd one). The G2 and one Hana are gone, now. Still have everything else ... A Reo may be in my future, if I can get over my (ir)rational fear of mech mods!

Come on into the Reonaut pool, the water is fine! Nicoticket in a Reo is heaven! Pure heaven!

Agree with PBOB.

Even though they are mechanical they have safety feature the mechanical tub mods typically don't. The collapsible spring. If you make a mistake and put a build on with short the spring will collapse dropping the battery and breaking the circuit, protecting you, the Reo and the battery from damage. Fix the short replace the spring and you're back in business.

I encourage you to go into the Reo area and read new user posts. 95% or more love the Reo and wish they would have gotten one earlier.

Exactly what I started out on as well! Lasted about a week! lol

I had a friend who started about 6 months before I did, so he was already into rebuilding. I tried an old lavatube he had with some clone RDA, and bought my vamo a day later. Managed to use the vamo topped with a nautilus for a few months before I upgraded to Sig150 and RBAs.

I remember thinking how cool I was vaping on my ego! haha.

Back in January of 2011 my first kit was V4L Then ego, ProVari, Darwin, various tubes and kicks. I've dabbled with several bottom feeders and DNA mods but quickly sell them and come back to the Reo and Sumpin.

My first kit was like this and cost 3 times what they do now.

I went from smoking 36 per day to none in under two weeks using GreenSmoke and V2 cartridges on cig-size batteries ...and I'd probably have stayed with them if I hadn't developed the strong sensitivity to PG 6 weeks in!

I went from those to max VG liquids in eSmart kits, and then on to Ego set-ups.

Spinners, eMOW and iPOW, and then MVP2's, iSticks 10, 20, 30 & 50 and a Cloupor mini.
Favourite tanks now are still eMOW, the odd Evod (old single coils work better for chocolate), GS Air and perhaps still the mini Nautilus (coils have been awful lately).

Several liter's of 100 mg Nic in the freezer, FSL of flavors, a slew of batteries, ohm meter, lifetime supply of Rayon and kilometers of wire. Having Nicoticket on the side works for me too!

Thanks ECF! Couldn't have done it without you! I haven't smoked since the day I began vaping...7.02.14. Not that long ago, but long enough. Bring it FDA.

I recently did the same thing when preparing for our vacation. Pulled out the ego and PT mini thinking I'd put together a little stealth setup. Wrapped a new coil, put in some cotton bacon, filled it with strawnilla, took a hit and......gurgle gurgle gurgle juice spit in my mouth lmao. Emptied it, put it back in the drawer and packed up 4 kayfuns and the provari lol. I do respect the PT's though, they did get me to quit smoking along with the NT joose.

I started with a cheap cig a like piece of garbage then an ego 650 battery and some top coil tank that leaked like the Valdez then I had an evic Then got my first Provari followed 9 more provaris I still use the provaris at work but use my vapor Sharks at home with the Atlantis
