Talk about some WOW customer service!!!!!!!

Hello hello!

So let me tell you guys about the incredible customer service of V4L. If I was a devoted customer before, I am a tried n true Hog tied, slapped in syrup, super loyal V4L mama now!!

I ordered a couple bottles of WOW peppermint 18mg and some watermelon with some blank carts. One of my peppermint bottles leaked in the package and made a mess, but overall no biggie. After investigating the bottle, it turns out the lil stinker has a defective/leaky cap and the tip was funky. Take note, once I got that lil booger up and standing, its not leaking anymore or spewing the remainder of what was in the bottle so I am all good. Still a lil bit over half waiting for me to enjoy.

I wanted to get a fix idea for my bottle though, as I am leery of leaving any open or leaking containers out even when they are locked up safe...sooooo I decided to do a support ticket. The gentleman that responded was on it immediately! I did the ticket on Saturday when they were closed, but by Monday, I had a shiny credit to replace my missing half of the WOW Pepper that was lost in the envelope! HOLY :blink:!!!!

That was completely not what I expected at all. I just wanted to figure out how to fix the bottle. I was completely impressed with the thoughtfulness of that kind gentleman to do that, as I honestly was just as content to chalk the lost juice to an oopsie (stuff happens), and get my bottle back to rights.

I did re-open the ticket, asking for some mechanical/how do I save the bottle itself, and thanked the gentleman for doing something like that, when I was just trying to salvage the remainder without completely destroying and making a huge mess..yeah, I am not quite the most graceful...what can I say.:blush:

In closing, I have to thank V4L for yet another reason to continue on my ultimate vaping journey, and that their customer service alone is way more then just satisfactory...its obvious that they go above and beyond.

You guys definitely succeed. I had a minor issue a couple of weeks ago, and you made up for it and then some. This is definitely the type of thing I look for when searching for a company I want to give my business to again and again. Rest assured, your efforts are earning you some SERIOUS return customers. Just to chime in. I've only made the two orders. Both were received timely and with a few freebies thrown in. I was pleasantly surprised for once with a company's service. I think with a business such as yours where you will have repeat business it only makes sense to go with outstanding serive. Too few companies these days understand that. I get better customer service from v4l than I do from Wal-Mart where I spend about 30 times as much of my money. What is wrong with that picture?
