Tank fogged

Yeah so maybe some one can help me out. I just had a tank turn opaque foggy on me after soaking it in hot water. The tank had voodoo in it so I'm alittle unsure as to why this happened. Will this affect the operation of the tank? Should I continue to use it? What could of caused this?

If the plastic fogged, you need to throw the tank away. It means that it is breaking down, and you dont want to be getting of that in your system. It will also becoming more brittle too.

This could happen IF the water was too hot that it made the plastic malleable enough to let some of the juice mingle in with the plastic.

There were also some smoke colored tanks that some people reported were a bit inferior quality.

If the tank is sort of new... report it to Halo, see if they wont at least give you a free tank on your next order.

Try soaking it again in distilled water. Not hot.

Was VooDoo the only think the tank has held? Some other (non-Halo) juices will alter the tank, but it might not become visually apparent for a while.

there was someone else in the last few months who had some issues with the smoke colored tanks easily clouding.

Still... stop using it, try to get halo to credit you for it, and send it out on your next order.
