tank gets too hot to touch!

Howdy! Im running a vision 1300mah stick battery and the large kanger protank 3. After about 3 hits the tank is too hot to touch! Im using the same coils as I always have. Any thoughts or suggestions? Thanks!

Did you accidentally turn up the power? Do you have an ohmmeter to check the resistance?

The coil might be gunked up or defective. Try swapping it out.

Try the tank on a different battery and see if it heats up the same way.

Lack of airflow will also heat up tanks.

my guess is one of the coils in the coil head is shorting out on the side ;; swapping out the coil will fix that;
otherwise maybe the problem is on the stick battery itself

That is not normal. Something in the tank is causing it to heat up and I suspect a short. I would put a new head in now and see if that solves it. I wouldn't vape it for long until I had the problem solved.
