Tank melting?!?!?!

I have a knock-off of a protank(made by "L-Smoke") and I noticed it was leaking a bit around the base so I put electrical tape around it to stop the leak....

Today I noticed the tank was 'leaning' to the side and I took the tape off to check it out and there was a hole in my tank almost all the way around where the plastic meets the metal that looks like someone took a saw and made a cut.... Is my juice melting the tank?! I use a house blend from a shop in Chicago of a 'marlboro red' type flavor with 24 mg nic level... I have also put the 'Haus' e-juice from walmart(tobacco flavor) in this tank.

I am worried.... I put more tape on to secure it, but I don't want to inhale the plastic from the tank or the electrical tape if it is leeching into my juice.

It IS melting your tank!

Plastic tanks are prone to melting depending on the juice you put inside 'em. While it's rarer, NET's can indeed melt the plastic!

I suggest you STOP using that tank IMMEDIATELY. Get a new tank, chuck the melted one. Consider investing in a glass tank. You said you have a knock-off ProTank, why not go ahead and get a real ProTank (or Aerotank)? They're only 20-35$, and they're certainly reliable. Also glass.

Key point is though: Do not use plastic tanks. Especially ones that have already begun to crack/melt.

Wow, yeah they have all organic flavors so I would say it's a safe bet they have NET flavoring... damn. I just spent all my money on a mechmod and I cant drip this 24mg!!! I took a few hits of 24mg from a dripper the first time I used one, thought it was a 0 bottle.... That was a fun few hours shaking and itching and laying down to not puke. GAH

I vaped 24mg out of a aspire maxi tank and went to a atlantis with 9mg and it's pretty bad I can't imagine how you felt after dripping 24mg. That had to of been really bad for you

Personally, I don't see any benefit purchasing from FT. I would rather purchase from a reputable vendor and have it in my grubby little paws in a few days. But that's just me. Hmmm... if you had to order a tank from FT, what would it be? Lol currently I'm getting by and pitting a single drop of 24 mg directly on the coil when I have the urge... and maybe still using that poison tank a bit... can't be as bad as an analog, right?!

Yes, inhaling leaching plastics can be worse than smoking a cigarette. That's a really bad counterfeit, because ProTanks are glass...
