Tank not firing

Hi All.
I have an Urban Mist mechanical Boxmod on which I have been using a Plume Veil dripper. I decided to put on a tank and purchased a Kangertech Subtank Plus. On fitting this would not fire.
Deciding that maybe the diameter was to large and the contacts maybe werent making, I exchanged this for a Subtank mini. Same result the tank will not fire, any thoughts welcome.

Is the firing pin adjustable on the mod or on the tanks? One or the other needs to be raised a little to make contact.

I have tried lowering the pin on the tank, when I screw it onto the mod it pushes back up so I assume it is in contact

Well, I'd blame the coil, but since two tanks won't fire, that's probably not it. Battery is OK, I assume. I'm sorry, I'm not familiar with your setup so I just don't have any ideas, but you've got a bad connection somewhere in there.

it's supposed to have a spring loaded centerpin

Yes thats the one, looks like there may be a problem with the spring pin

Case solved thank you guys. Theres a small access panel above the batteries, a little persuasion and it popped out, freed up the centre pin job done
