I have no idea what you mean either.

Dripping is putting a drip tip on an atomizer on a sealed manual battery and dripping liquid into the atomizer a couple of drops at a time to vape. Useful for trying new juices and vaping occasional or thick juices at home.

Tanks are many things

Tank atomizer + plastic tanks like 510-T and Ego-T - some like em and some do not and switch to cartomizers. A newer variation Ego-C has different tanks and atomizers. In any case, many switch to cartomizers which are what most prefer for everyday vaping.

Tank mod with CE2 carto guts in it - used to be popular on big batteries but now carto tanks are more popular on big models for people who want/need a large amount of juice between fillings

Carto tank mod - uses a normal cartomizer, prepunched or slotted in the sidewall, down the middle of a clear tank, used on big batteries

That's a 510 and I recommend MANUAL. Most here use and recommend manuals for all ecigs. Harder to damage/kill the batteries with juice leaks, easier to get a good hit/drag on, won't turn on accidentally in wind or vibration.

And yeah that's some pretty lame description there. Usually a 510-T setup uses a different kind of atomizer (a tank atomizer with a spike in it) and plastic tanks. A normal 510 uses a normal atomizer you can optionally put a drip tip on (IF you get manual batteries) but usually those kits just come with plastic and stuffing cartridges to press onto the atomizer. The preferred method of using 510 is none of the above - it's cartomizers for everyday vaping. Slim ecigs can use 2.5 to 3 ohm atomizers and cartomizers and Boge 3 ohm are most popular on slim 510. No matter which setup you get you can still use cartomizers (cartos don't need an atomizer)
