I have been vaping for a few years now and the second one I bought was the geekvape ageis legend 3 and the tank was the uwell ua24. Everything has been running smooth until suddenly the tank started leaking. I ended up buying a new tank (aspire Nautilus 3) and I am burning through coils like crazy. I wonder if maybe the nic salts I am using is just too thick to keep the coils wick saturated enough. I know it's time I learn about the tanks and coils but I have no idea where to even start. Everything is so confusing to me. So please... Can
anyone can point me in the right direction to learning about the different types of coils and how they work so that I can wrap my head around this and get myself something that will work.

What are the ohm values of the coils you use and the VG/PG ratios of the e-liquids you use? The two atomizers you use are products that offer different usage styles.

You said the leaking started suddenly. That does suggest something changed with the tank, like maybe a seal went bad. Check all the seals and see if any of them are torn or damaged. That's the first thing I would do.

I did check all the seals and I cleaned them. They are still in wonderful condition. a friend of mine who had the same tank said apparently they discontinued the tank so I will definitely have to find a new one

First of all, it is dangerous to use nicotine salt at 0.7ohm. You should use freebase nicotine at values below 1.0ohm. As far as I understand, the liquid you are using has a 50/50 PG/VG ratio. This liquid is fluid. Since the nautilus3 is a top-fill atomizer, you need to maintain pressure balance. Closing the air channels while filling your tank with liquid may be a solution.
I'm using the 30ml fruitbae salt. It doesn't have the vp/pg on the bottle. The coils I currently have are 0.7 (8-23W)

Dangerous oh my. I really have no idea what I am doing. I just want to find a tank and coil that is going to last and not leak.

I tried using freebase in my uwell ua24 tank with a .2 coil and it was so harsh so I starting using nic salts.

The time it takes for nicotine salts to mix into the blood is very fast and offers a soft vape. Low ohm means high wattage. This means you consume a high amount of vapor. If this amount of nicotine mixes into the blood quickly, it can cause symptoms such as fever and sweating. If you want to use such liquids, I recommend using a pod/mod device. Pod devices have a high aroma rate, a soft throat sensation and are suitable for use with nicotine salts. They are also small and practical in size. Using an atomizer requires a little more experience.

Dude, that's a ridiculous comment to make especially when you don't know the wattage being used or the nicotine concentration.

My friend, the ridiculous thing is that you didn't follow the comments. The normal wattage range for 0.7ohm is 25-30. Vaping nicotine powder at these values is the height of nonsense. Expecting flavor from lower wattage ranges is even more ridiculous.

I very highly recommend a second opinion because your first advice there doesn't seem to right to me:)

I vape salts at 9mg with zero issues on coils ranging from 0.2-0.4 ohms daily in different styles of tanks. Have been doing this since 2017.

Naughty 3 has good coils; I would suggest adding a couple drops of distilled water (must be distilled!) to thin the juice a bit. You didn't mention your airflow setting. That makes a difference; I use Naughty 3 0.3 coil, af at the largest hole, 18w, max vg with 3-6% dw, 3-12% pg from flavors. I also use commercial 30pg/70vg commercial juices at the same af and wattage, coils last 4-6weeks depending whether I'm using diy or commercial juice.

Bro, if you want, you can open the cap of the nicotine bottle and take a shot. What I'm talking about is the risk of this situation. If someone says, 'I smoked for 30 years and didn't get cancer. It's okay to smoke.' Does that make sense to you?

You don't make sense to me, bro.
