Tanks and Compatible Atty's

Hi everyone, hopefully you can help me. I'm fairly new to vaping and have learned alot just from trolling these forums.

I have the Riva 510 and have been using the boge cartomizers. Problem is, they run dry too quickly for me. I can't always tell if they're dry (I think my taste buds are shot, sometimes I slightly overfill) and I constantly have to run a paper clip through them to get them unclogged (seems to be burning alot, even when not overfilled). (I was a moderate to heavy smoker-about a pack a day)

I'm looking at purchasing the e-go tank from liberty-flights. Will the low resistance 510 atomizer be compatible? Do you have any other suggestions? I like the cartomizer b/c it's just once piece. However, I would like to give the tanks a shot. But.....I'm open to any suggestions.

Also, how long does an atty usually last? Right now I'm going thru 1-2 carts a week using methol juice from tasty vapor (most problems with carts are with the menthol juice).

Welcome....and in order to use the eGo tank system you need the eGo-t atty. Nothing else will work. Liberty-flights.com is good....Are your cartos lr?

No they are the regular boge 510 2.0 ohm cartos that came with my riva bundle. I bought an extra pack to be on the safe side. A week later I was ordering another pack. Chalked it up to newbie errors.

Believe it or not those are lr....and they do run hot....I would suggest a different type of atty more like a 2.5 or 3. ohm And of course, if you want to try the eGo t - atty and tank, it works just fine.

Duh, it says that in the description! I've been lookng at the the different options for so long they're all starting to run together. lol. I'll give that a shot and look at tank system later. Thanks for your help!
