Hey all,

Posted this over in the Ikenvape forum, got a lot of views, but no responses.

I realize this is probably personal preference, but looking for some assistance/advice/guidance. Both tanks I want (MA101 and BDV Who's Your Daddy 'Lil Mama Polished) don't seem to be re-stocking any time soon
:( I need a tank(s)!

Any recommendations on a substiute(s) for the interim until I can the tanks I've been waiting on? I'll using Fusions exclusively on both my Buzz Pro and Silver Bullet.

Thanks!

Notcigs offers the M1A1 tank on their site, they cary colors matching the Buzz colors. The 1inch tank fits wonderfully on the Fusion carto, and the fill hole, makes it one of the easiest cartotanks to fill.

I have 2 of them, and use them exclusively. They are a bit more expensive (about $25), but they are not made out of cheap tubes and delrin caps. the caps are machined aluminum, and there is video of the tube withstanding a heavy blow from a hammer with no cracks.

Yeah, the matching blue M1A1 has been out of stock for some time... I guess I could order one with black caps, to hold me over till they get in the blue caps.

Ya, I tried to order a blue one Monday, went with the Black instead. If you have chrome caps on your buss, the silver tank would probably look pretty good too.

I did a good bit of research, and the m1A1 appears to be the best bang for the buck. If I were to have a tank without the fill hole, I would probably have bought the "Slap Yo Mama" thing I see everyone talking about, and that is almost $20 by itself, for a filling accessory.

Can the M1A1s be ordered without the fill hole/screw? I have my eye on the BDV Lil Mama stainless steel tank too; a little price though ($52) and would buy that Slap Yo Mama Multi-purpose adapter ($12.99). Any juices that the M1A1 can't handle? For some reason I always thought the M1A1s to be polycarbonate which doesn't do well with RAWR Vapor's Hawaii Sunrise which I'm big on; but see now it's stainless steel. Yeah, I think a silver M1A1 will look nice on my Buzz Pro and defintely my silver SB.

You could submit a feedback on their site, and possibly ask regarding availability of the Blue, a hole free tank.

As for the liquids bbeing reactive to the tank, I don't know, and only have tried a few myself, but after about 40 days, the tank looks like new with my juice.

the fill hole was one of the major reasons I chose this tank.

Thanks! Good idea, I'll email them about the hole-less possibility.

Unfortunately, it does look like the tank tube itself IS polycarbonate so my Hawaii Sunrise is a no-go at least with M1A1.

I do believe at one point Mike was offering the M1A1 without the screw filling port. I cannot answer you about the polycarbonate, however I do vape banana cream 100% of the time in mine with no issues.

There is also Phiniac tanks...have you seen those? They are made of pyrex and are hand made by our very own Moo right here. They are gorgeous! I happen to own one but have not had a chance to use mine yet. (my dd's been very sick, and I am one tired Mommy) Anyways, check them out.

Blue is the only one not in stock right now. Very popular color! Grab a silver or Black one for now, you'll want another anyway before too long. I know you can get just the tube separately without a screw hole, but I think if you asked they might let you order the complete tank without a screw hole.

Pretty sure the M1A1 is a different type of poly which isn't so prone to cracking. I've had mine for a few months now and none of the juices I use have been able to touch it. I was also skeptical of the fill screw, but it just makes refills so obnoxiously easy. It also helps to a great extent to hold the tank on the carto - I've never had mine slide around.

Before I bought it I thought $25 for a tank was highway robbery, but now it's worth every penny to me. I'm personally looking at getting a few more.

The SR Mega Fusions are in stock now and they are great in the 1.5 M1A1. The regular SR Fusions are in stock too and work great in the 1.0 M1A1. I love both combinations. Don't dally because they sell out fast. Now I can get this guy up off his keester and back to work.
