There is a solution for those of us that think dripping is a real PIA.

...I've always been a tank person, not a big fan of drippers. But it seems everyone I meet is always bashing tanks and asking why I don't drip. I don't want to make a hobby of building coils and all that...

Don't worry and just vape what you like :)

I use Clearo's, I use RDA's, I use RTA's, I use RDTA's I even use a little AIO setup.... MTL, DL whatever.... If you're happy with your vape the vape isn't the problem it's the people telling you it's wrong...

With that said, I really do recommend getting something rebuildable...

Hear hear!

I too would recommend a Rebuildable.

If the FDA deeming regulations are allowed to stand. The premade coils will be pulled off the market.

If they know how to build Rebuildables they are in more Control of their vaping life.

Hey guys. So I've always been a tank person, not a big fan of drippers. But it seems everyone I meet is always bashing tanks and asking why I don't drip. I don't want to make a hobby of building coils and all that. Why is it so hard for people to understand that? Any other tankies have that problem?
I don't meet a lot (really, any) vapers in the wild, but the folks I do run into at the local vape shop seem to be pretty evenly distributed between tank fans and RDA fans, and I've never gotten any guff for my choice.
Out and about, I prefer the convenience of an RTA, and I pretty much only use RDAs around the house.
Vape what you like!

Some folks just like voicing their opinion on what delivery devices they like best in a way that makes it seem like fact.
In reality there is no such thing as good, better or best when it comes to delivery devices.
Whatever works best for each individual is what they should use.

If the future regulations are a concern it is no harder to stockpile replaceable heads, glass & o rings for your preferred 'tank' than it is to stockpile the necessary bits & pieces for rebuildable's of some sort.

I have 200 of one variety replacement head & 100 each of two other varieties.
Even though I have extensive experience with all sorts & types of rba's I simply have zero desire or the time to fiddle & futz around with vaping stuff.
For my wife & I vaping isn't a hobby nor do we ever want it to become one.

vape how you like, you're the one vaping, and no one should make you feel bad in any way shape or form about your vaping style(unless it's dangerous)...

but, yes there is always a but...
let's clear up one misconception, you CAN use dripping RDA decks like what is used with a dripper, but don't have to constantly redrip. i felt the same as you about the idea of constantly having to drip, i drive a lot and it didn't appeal to me.

RDTA... dripper top typically with your wick going to a separate tank below, it wicks the juice itself and can carry large amounts of juice. yes it can spill, so no, you're not going to carry it upside down in your pocket.

Squonker... dripper top typically(some use an additional RDTA top), with a feeder tube from a bottle kept below the top. the bottle must be squeezed to feed juice to the top, usually doesn't leak, and can hold large amounts of juice.

i went to RDTA and squonking and i like it, my hubby who has a "loses the flavour of the juice in half a tank or less issue" went to squonking and it helped... though it seems the beast style tanks are closer solution(woot!). i still use my tanks daily and there is nothing wrong with loving using a tank.

Everyone's opinion is obviously subjective, as are everyone's builds, so comparing one atty to another just based on performance is somewhat tentative at best.

I have a number of RDA's and they have their place but when I've got a juice I know I like and am wanting to vape for the foreseeable future then an RTA normally displaces the use of an RDA. Obviously I'm prepared to build either one.

When it comes to tanks with factory coils the ability to modify and/or improve its performance is much more limited. That said I'm happy with any atty that is giving me decent clouds and taste. I still happily use my Ijust 2 tanks, but I have to admit there are better.

I don't meet a lot out in public, either. But my best friend works at a vape shop and I don't have a job right now so I spend a lot of time there. It seems that most of the people that come in using tanks are older people, whoyes

Yes! Giving your opinion is all fine and dandy, but when I say "this is what I prefer" I wish that would be where they stop instead of insisting to explain why drippers are better
