I have Evods which are really easy to clean, fill, and wrap coil for. Give great vapor and they're cheap. Have Protank Mini IIs, Protank III, all are good and easy to clean, fill, wrap coil, etc. as well. I think the flavor better from the Protanks and they're glass so no worries about the juice you put in them. Haven't had luck with top wick tanks but keep on tryin'...lol.

I sure it's been asked before.. but

Using the Kanger T3S that came with my unit
Bought the EVOD and does work better for me

What I wanted (and hoped the EVOD) was
Is a good tank that I can completely breakdown to clean or upgrade
And for me, the tank has to be clear (tinted okay, just not covered)

Suggestions anyone?

Well depending on the price range you are looking for - the DV brand (discount vapers) of the evod/rbc style clearo is totally clear (and performs wonderfully, the coils are also good and only 4.96 for a 5 pack!) fits the performs like an evod and its clear part DV BCC Clearomizer. It has an attached mouth piece like an evod though, it is rather easy to clean with a good hot water rinse and no major seams.

If you are looking for something outside of that price point you can definitely explore nautilus, aerotank and other higher end glass tanks.

Ditto.

And i agree on the protanks and flavor. :toast:

Stopped by the local B&M and had a chance to try a ProTank3 and this latest greatest AeroTank..
While listening to them tell me about how 'everyone' is raving about both these...
I kept saying "Drawing way to much air for me".
Then wouldn't draw at all.. found no spot in between that satisfied me...

My EVOD is working better for me..
Still don't like that I can't see the fluid and it cleans like the Kanger T3S

My daughter is using the Aspire Mini Nova
Really like the vape she gets and cleaning is so much easier

Though it says it will work on my Ego Twist, well it doesn't..
Figure there is an adapter to make this happen.

First; Do you look at the Aspire Mini Nova as a 'step up' from the EVOD?
Let me also say, I've had 'No Joy' so far with dual coil tanks, so I also need to ask;

Is a Dual coil going to perform on my Ego Twist?

olddawg first off how is the weather in NH? i moved from NH last spring. second i get where you are saying too much air draw with some of the tanks. it took me a week to get used to the evod and a few days with the PT2 and 3, had to inhale slower. as for the dual coils on an ego twist i have had no luck, not sure it the 510 connector isnt long enough on my PT3's or if its something else. i have since upgraded to a vamo v3 from the ego-c Twist and i love the vamo v3. still keep the twist charged and my PT2 on stand by if i some how kill all 5 of my vamo batteries.

First off; COLD
I'll look into this vamo3 and see what it is
Had a feeling there isn't enough power behind the ego to work a dual...

I did buy a couple of vials CreepyLady suggested..
Single bottom coil design, nicely done, just not a total breakdown.. and think it's still plastic..
Still, looks really cool and think it will draw nicely!
Probably close to the EVOD without the money spent
Thank you CL (have a hard time calling you CreepyLady when you look so cute..)

Now... You did go to warmer climate right??
Come on now Rucni.. Name of quality..

I personally LOVE my PT's withe areo the areo bases....dont care for dual coil units as they drain batteries and are a PITA to rebuild and areo bases allow for airflow control wonderfully....I can adjust the flow exactly like I want:vapor:Protaank 2's are glass and stainless...completely disassemble for cleaning...us PT coils(easy to clean and rebuild)...have replacement glass available cheaply($3-$4)can take diffrent drip tips (no putting cold stainless to my lips when it is too hot or too cols) by adding the areo bases ($4)I have everything I want and need

I'll be real honest.. I have all the versions of the pt along with a handful of other types..

My current carry tank is a mini PT2 with a 1.5 ohm cool and I drilled out one of the air holes just a tad which puts it right about perfect. I've got some 80vg/20pg in it running 3v and it's awesome..

Really wished they had a PT2 there when I went, but no..even a PT1 would have made a difference for me to test and understand..
The PT3 and that Areo they had just didn't work...
Maybe just me.. Maybe what they were running them on..
Both fill the requirements I set forward

Thank you Kj, I'll have to back again and retry..

If I have to start re-drilling my purchase.. Then the AreoTank or something on that style sounds best..
Or are you saying, even they are not large enough??

Just asking and learning my friend
