My new Kanger aerotank 2 has a weird metallic taste?

I really like the kanger evod, but I wanted to upgrade to a better tank. I bought a kanger aerotank 2 today, and its great besides this weird metallic taste. I know it's not the juice because I've used the juice before in different tanks and it doesn't have a weird taste. I was curious if anyone else experienced that problem with this tank and if there's a way to get rid of it?

Metallic taste is usually the result of not priming the coils ( taking a few draws without activating the heating element--on new coils). Give it a few more puffs and if it is still an issue, I would change the coil.

since it's new, did you wash it first ? A lot of times, new products have machine oil in it which is why a lot of us wash a new product like that when we get one.
