Ok. So I installed tapatalk and went to log in and can't. I originally connected through facebook, but set up username and password. Can't use that to log in on site either. Now what?

please make sure you are inputting your username and password correctly in tapatalk. It is really easy to typo and passwords are CaSe SensItiVe

Are you having the problem logging into Tapatalk, or to ECF on Tapatalk? Those are two different logins, I've noticed.
I can't log on to anything connected to ECF except this physical site. I originally connected through facebook, but set up a username and password, but all it will let me do is login by clicking the connect to facebook button on the top right. Even if I backed out and tried to type my username and password at the top, it says invalid. I know I have the info right. I have tried my email instead of username... nothing. I just downloaded the ECF android app, still can't log in.
I don't know how to do that in this case, but the problem isn't only with tapatalk, it's with forum login in general. Is there something else besides the Kristin0624 showing as my username over by this post that I am supposed to be using as username?
I had problems to start with, using tapatalk 2. Entered my info real slow and deliberate, make sure you have the box checked so it shows the password. Sometimes it takes a few times. Now I don't have any problems, I use tapatalk 2 for many other forums as well. The info is case sensitive as said before. Maybe restart the phone after any installs.

I seriously don't think the problem is with Tapatalk. I originally just put help as a topic and it was edited. I think the problem is somewhere with my username and password for this site. I know what they are, I even reset the password last night to be sure. But they will not let me login. I am logged in connected through facebook. If I was to manually type in the username and password, it denies me access.
I am logged in to tapatalk. I am having trouble logging in to ECF on ALL platforms except for the actual website where I can connect through facebook. Even after connecting through facebook I set up the rest of the info, but that is what it won't let me use. I can still connect through facebook to get on here (obviously lol) but if I want to use my apps, it will not let me. If I want to sign out of facebook and simply log in, I cannot.
