I cleared my tapatalk cache and it went to the log in - put in the new password and I'm in.
Mine started working around 1:30pm. I did also clear it's cashe but I am not sure if that's how it started working.
Ok - go to first unread takes me to the last page I was on - not the next unread post - no biggie - I'm sure it will get worked out
As for tapatalk - I am running the latest version but it was still a "no go" until I cleared the cache in tapatalkIn settings - it's the last item - cleared the cache - rebooted tapatalk and it asked me for my current log in information (ie new password) - I'm in!
Thank you! I couldn't clear cache in the TapaTalk Settings, so I went to General Settings on my phone/Manage Applications/Tapatalk and cleared cache that way. Now I'm in!
I went to see if tapatalk was working again, and was told my version does not match what the fourms use, and to check the admin panel, so i updated tapatalk.
i REALLY dont like the look of the new icon. the new functinoality i will get used to. but developers. PLEASE stop changing your icons. or add a option in the settings to pick what icon you want if you are changing the icon.

I'm still using the same version of Tapatalk that I've always used. It wouldn't connect until just recently when it asked me to change my password which I did and now it's work as it should. Thank you, thank you.

Thanks a lot! I didn't know there was an ECF app and I use my phone with tapatalk exclusively for viewing this forum and you just saved me a lot of time and hassle!
EDIT: I see tapatalk is now working again so all is good! Thanks to those involved with fixing this issue, we really appreciate it!

Searching for ECF within tapatalk and it doesn't seem to be able to find you guys. I do however find the israeli ECF 
tapatalk has been a PITA lately on a lot of sites... They came out with app updates and also forum updates to be installed on your favorite websites very recently (like the past 2 weeks).
This has caused issues. I'm not sure if the new update for the forums is bad, or if the one for the app is bad.... or if they don't jive right, or if one is updated but not the other is they don't jive right.
None the less, tapatalk has been pissin me off lately. I can still log into every site i used to... they just all seem to have little differant quarks about them.

ECF has always been a little hard to find on tapatalk. I typed in E Cigarette Forum and scrolled down a ways to find it.

I'm such an idiot. I used ECF and electronic cigarette forum, e cigarette forum didn't even cross my mind. So thanks hittman!

I don't know if this is a TapaTalk issue or a ECF issue (though I suspect it's ECF related). But, when I go to my participated threads, it says "No Topic" and I've participated in threads since we came back up.
All the other forums I visit on TapaTalk pull up participated threads. ECF is the only one that says I haven't participated in any threads.

Tapatalk is a nightmare for us, it is so badly supported and with so many bugs. The developers are useless.
We are always talking about ditching it, if only so many members didn't find it useful. If there was any alternative we'd be there like a shot.
If anyone out there is a mobile app dev and wants a new product, then create an alternative to Tapatalk. Only you need to be a coder not a wannabee.
- It MUST force upgrade to latest version - old versions are website killers. There has to be some kind of built-in kill switch for obsolete versions because they are a NIGHTMARE for us.
- It must include custom server commands or it is useless. For example we need to be able to block registrations (otherwise it can be used to sidestep spam or hacker blocking), and block use of forms (because it wrecks the format of directly-posted tabled info such such as in Classifieds).
- It must be able to have old versions blocked by a website so that users are FORCED to upgrade. Old versions are a NIGHTMARE for us.
