Tapered 510 adapter

I saw in a recent post that there is a plastic tapered adapter for 510 carts that help pass the cart through a tank easier. I have a Phiniac XL tank and getting the cart through the openings is difficult. The adapter snaps on and allows the cart to go through without damaging the O-Rings. Anyone know what these are called and where I can buy one?

I found ljesmokes carries a cheap one. Most places I have seen call them a "refilling tool."

gotvapes has one they call a Refill Funnel or Funnel Filler.

It works really well! I just put my very first tank together today and it was so easy!
