I was just wondering how the flavor of the liquid is determined. I can see how Vanilla, Butterscotch, Carmel, etc. is finalized, but what about the tobacco? I can't visualize anybody working in the E-Cig industry sitting around puffing on a Camel, Newport, Parliament, etc. and saying add a little of this or take out a little of that. ahhhhh now that is perfect. So exactly how is the flavor determined?

In that case, no clue. Though, I've been noticing things taste more with the nose, does that make sense? In my admittedly very small sampling of tobacco-based flavors, they don't taste much like analogues as much as smell like a freshly opened pack. Regarding Bertie Botts, there's a vomit flavor jelly bean. I'm sure some poor guy/gal didn't sit around doing the needful to ensure the taste was correct but, it really is dead on. Must be the same principle at play.
