Tasty Puff Flavors???

I was just made aware by another member (span) that local tobacco shops are starting to carry flavored juices to add to the tobacco...perfect for us DIYers..

Here is their response to my email:

Tasty Puff works great with electric cigarettes. All of the ingredients in Tasty Puff are FDA approved. It is made from extracts of plants, fruits, spices. Non-flavor ingredients include water, food coloring, and propylene glycol. Tasty Puff is totally edible, although we don’t recommend it because it is highly concentrated flavoring and doesn’t taste very good directly on the tongue!

(She told me of a place near me that carries it, but Im not so sure if it has coloring in it?)

While caught in a google frenzy found the tasty puff site. thought, I'll give them a go. They just arrived this morning. Got Californian Orange, Mr Bubble, Electric Banana and a curiously named Chronic Hypnotic.

Haven't quite formed a total opinion of them yet.

The aroma's are rather over powering.

I recall another member trying the nilly vanilly or something of that nature and having to change cartridges and vape a whole fresh one before the taste went away.

Mr Bubble is an intense bubble gum flavour, nice for a couple of puffs but begins to get sickly after a while. and stays on the atomizer for what seems like forever.

Actually felt compelled to wash it out to get rid of the taste.

The Orange flavoured one, again nice for the first few vape's then begins to have an after-taste somewhat like all of Soller going up in flames.

For the travellers out there. Soller is a village in Mallorca where everyone and their pet badgers seem to have an orchard in their garden. badgers? I meant dogs.

All in all, perhaps one or at the most two drops to a liquid you already hate the taste of might be your best bet.

Hope this shines a glimmer of light on the mysterious world that is Tasty Puff.

I've been using them for a week to add flavor to the commercial liquid I have. Since I use glycerin to add vapor it knocks the flaovor down and Tasty Puffs have been just the ticket to bump it back up. I've totally gotten hooked on adding a couple drops of the orange to my mint liquid when I fill or top off a cart. They are very strong so I wouldn't use them on their own, but as an additive to the liquid you're already using they are great. The Juicy Fruit flavor added to R4 liquid tastes just like the gum. So far I haven't had any problems with my atty's using it and though it does have some color it is very light.

Not what I was expecting. Its got a slight grapefruit juice flavour to it. The bottle's got a picture of a bottle and some kind of dark berry on it.

I am surprized this stuff is working in the atomizers-

it is meant to be burned- as long as it dosen't leave a residue that will kill the atty!

The Flavor is called Chronic Hypnotic. It is the flavor of Hypnotic, the blue liquer populer with young "urban" folks...

I was going to post a new thread, but I may as well say here...
I just purchased some tasty puff liquid (they sell it at virtually all smoke shops) and I REALLY like it. I got water melon, and mint. I also purchased some generic prefilled carts. I just put one drop of flavor on the wick, and it is amazing! Plus, I have now gotten more vapor from my device than ever before! It is pretty awesome, easy to get, and at $3.00 a bottle, affordable.

On another note, I think we might have a way around illegalization here. What I mean is, it seems that the FDA is against marketing, and selling E-cigs. Well, that to me seems easilly avoidable by some clever wording. My yetti 510 is a PVV, NOT an E-cig... Problem solved there, IMO. Vaporizors are not illeagal now, and I dont think they can change that. Well, this Tasty Puff juice is for use with "cigars", well, cigars have nicotine, and if this company might add some for us, couldn't we market it as a "for cigars" product? I'm not a lawyer, but do have experiance in this industry, and I can tell you, sometimes an issue like this can be avoided based on how its makerted! Anyone ever bought and "incense burner" from a head shop, and actually used it for incense? Or bought a glass tube rose, just for the rose? I doubt it...

Ok IMPORTANT!!! Please disregard my previous post. The Tasty puff liq DESTROYS atomizers! It clogs the shut with in 10 puffs! My question now is, WHAT DO I DO? I have ruined 3 2 attys now, how do a clean them out? Don't use tasty puff! I take it back!, if you do be very careful, and mix a drop or 2 in your juice before hand. I was using one drop per cart, and now, I have a problem.

I have a sneaking suspicion that there's sugar in some of the tasty puff flavors... which may explain why some flavors kill attys. Sending them an email.

Haven't had a chance to try it myself yet.

Tasty Puff doesn’t contain any sugar. It works awesome in e cigarettes. We have had nothing but positive feedback from people who have tried it. Let me know if you have any other questions.

The Mango I made the other day with Unflavored Nic Juice, VG, PG, a tad of vodka, and Mango Tasty Puffs is flipping fantastic! Not too sweet and oh so yummy. I also made some Green Apple and it tastes like green apple Jolly Ranchers.
