Aside from putting the odd drop or VG into a cart when I started with e-cigs years ago, I've not really used the stuff that much. As far as I am aware, all the liquids I've used have been 100% PG.

When looking at the TV site, they offer VG% for the liquid; what kind of differences have people noticed? I'm tempted just to order 100% PG.

Side Note: I notice that a lot of sites selling cartos and Ego spares explicitly state that they won't sell to the UK/Italy/Korea. What's up with that?

I have the Atomic Cinnacide at 100% PG and it doesn't produce a lot of exhaled vapor, Grenage, so I use it as my 'stealth' liquid when I'm out. I have some at 20% VG and it produces the vapor!

As for NOT shipping to the UK, etc..no idea! I'd suggest contacting them directly and asking the vendors. Some don't ship to Canada because of the restrictions here.. Nature of the beast and all that..
