The choc 712 is a more "true" cocoa flavor, and the regular chocolate is sweeter, like candy... HTH

I can tell you no, Chocolate and Bavarian Creme won't make a milk chocolate, but the Chocolate 712 and Dairy...there ya go.

I just ordered Chocolate 712 with Bavarian Creme but put in the note that I don't think it's Bavarian Creme I want and they should put in anything they think necessary for milk chocolate.
