If you placed the order, we got it. Because everything is down, however, we are still filling and shipping orders, we simply can't update the system as the system can't be accessed.

You will still receive notifications from Stamps.com that you have a package in transit though. Once we're back up, all of the orders we weren't able to update, we'll have to sit down and update everything so that our database is accurate.

But rest assured, we are still filling orders.

so we won't get the "mixing" notifications email?

EXACTLY! We had over 300 orders when we moved in, tons of orders still pouring in. So, we've had a hell of a time catching up. With the damned host up and down and with the move, though we can't get any new orders, I think concentrating on the older orders is FAR more important.

The bright side of this all, is when the site DOES come up, we'll be caught up and turnaround will be back to the NORMAL 24-48 hour turnaround. And 48 is when it's busy.

Good to hear the gears in the background are still spinning even though the we can't see it from our perspective. Besides I kind of figured you got my order when the bank showed you got my money.:D

Please hang in there you should be able to order soon.
A few people I know are waiting also. as lots have orders awaiting to place.
Saddest part is 1 is on a blackberry trying to place a order LOL. (slowest net ever)

Without a database to update, no, you won't receive any status updates. But we're hurrying to get everything worked out.

Worry NOT. Not only do I have YOUR best interests in mind, but my own as well. I need this as functional a system as you do.

nobody is worried we all know ur juices are worth the wait

Oh Dear God! Please please get up and running....I really REALLY need to place an order....don't want to start smoking analogs again! I figure I have enough to last me only 14 days..............
