Flavor reviewed: Tasty Vapor's Waffles, sweetened, 12mg nic 80/20 pg/vg.

When I first received this juice, opened it up, and took a deep whiff, it smelled very nice and yup, smelled just like waffles! I only say that b/c I've tried about 50 juices (from different vendors) to date, and Lord knows, most of them haven't smelled or tasted much (if at all) like what they are named. So, we were off to a good start! A blank bloog maxxfusion carto was filled, and vaped on a freshly charged KR808D1 batt.

Before we start, I'll share a few things about where I'm at in my vaping journey, so you can determine if this review is relevant to you. After 2+ months into vaping (and analog-free) my sense of smell and tastebuds are back in full force! At this point (and don't hold me to this 5 days from now, b/c we all know how much tastes can change) the liquids I enjoy most are variations on vanilla and caramel, pastry, RY4, and on rare occasions, fruit flavors as long they are in baked dessert form (pie, custard, cake etc). I don't fancy menthol, wintergreen, liquor, candy, tangy, citrus, sour, chemical tasting or un-sweetened juices.

Okay, so back to the TV Waffles juice...to start, I would say this juice is NOT for beginners; only b/c its gentle flavor probably will be lost on brand new vaper's comatose tastebuds. However, if you're sense of smell and taste is back - and you enjoy waffles -then this juice's subtle and delicious flavor makes for a wonderful all-day vape.

Flavor - 9 (out of 10):
On the inhale, a dusting of powdered sugar comes through. On the exhale, the lightly sweet golden brown "straight off the waffle iron" belgian waffle flavor fills your palate (no eggos here). This is the sort of flavor that dances on your tongue, rather than punching you in the tastebuds. If you like a punch, you might find this too subtle for you, but if you've come to the point that you prefer flavors that you can taste, but don't overpower, you could really get into this! BTW, this is one of TV's customizable flavors, so you could amp this up by adding berries, fruits, caramel, chocolate, vanilla custard etc. if you want to add more complexity to the flavor.

This juice has also turned out to be an excellent mixing juice to add to other juices and has no chemical taste whatsoever...so far, the best waffle combos I've mixed up have been by adding a few drops of caramel juice, or both caramel and a dash of RY4....the last one makes a wonderful, sweet, mild tobacco vape.

Throat Hit - 3, maybe 4:
Gotta say, this one isn't a hard hitter in the TH department (I don't chase the throat hit anymore anyway, so it's fine by me). If you love a hard TH, you'll probably need to up the nic on this one, and maybe decrease the vg to 0 or 10%.

Vapor -9
As with other TV juices, it has great vapor for a 20% vg mix, the vapor is nice and thick, and makes for a very pleasurable vape!

For vapers with awakened tastebuds, I highly recommend this juice on its own, or mixed with other flavors in your stash. I'm on my 2nd bottle, and will definitely be keeping this in the rotation... it keeps me happy all day (when I'm not vaping TV's vanilla custard buttercream cupcake)!

Happy Vaping Everybody :vapor::vapor::vapor:

Did you let this steep? I got TV's Waffle sweetened with blueberry, but it is not subtle at all and tastes a bit burnt to me. It might be the blueberry, not the waffle, though. I haven't reviewed this until I let it sit for a while, hoping that will make it improve.

Update: I just pulled it out again after about a week, and it is much improved. Never mind. :oops:

Glad everything is OK now. I got the same juice mixture and noticed I can't use LR cartos on a 3.7V batt. Clogs and tastes burnt fairly quickly. They are perfect on a HR carto, though and the flavor continues to improve, for me:)
