I just wanted to say a thank you to Geoff's past experience with clove cigarettes because if not... This flavor probably wouldn't be so accurate. Every so often I try other clove cigarette flavors from other vendors and I can honestly say I can't find anything that creates what I get out of TV's Kretek. So again, thank you folks at Tasty Vapor. I really hate to be a wishy washy son of a ........ But this flavor probably saved my life because of my spiraling addiction to clove cigarettes if I hadn't found this flavor... I don't know if vaping would've worked for me in the long haul.

Now with that aside, there are some things I'd like to mention about TV's Kretek. I use to try and use it all the time as my main vape. But I've found that you have to treat the atomizer tenderly and break it in slowly to really get Kretek to work well with it. In other words, do NOT try burn the atomizer you choose to use Kretek in EVER. It will only make it perform worse in the long run. Just use vodka or some sort of alcohol to clean it after using Kretek.

I personally can't seem to get Kretek to work and taste like it should for more than hour or so of vaping before I need to clean it and it'll be like brand new after a good cleaning and ready for another good occasional vape session.

Thank you Tasty Vapor for applying your experience to make such a damn good high quality clove cigarette experience.
Much love,
Matthew :2cool:

I agree, this stuff really tastes like a kretek, not just clove. It's the whole package, really hits the spot for me too.
It does need to steep for a few weeks for the flavors to really come together in my experience.
My wife says it smells just like when I used to smoke kreteks as well, I'm relagated to outside the house with this one:lol:

LOL!! Seriously... I love this juice but i'm going to have to buy it again once I am living by myself (sometime in the Spring). It stinks up the house and the housemate gripes - but boy does it taste like a clove cig.

Always good stuff from tasty vapor... Just wish it wasn't 5 bucks shipping for a single order of 30ml

You should try getting a doubler or a 4oz bottle with the highest nic content and just mix a little bit of nic into an empty bottle and then fill the rest with your kretek doubler or 4oz thats what i usually do saves your wallet a lot of pain :]

Oh and I wanted to add a little something for those of you interested in Kretek... I'm beginning to think Cartomizers may be the better choice for Kretek instead of Atomizers... Due to the nature of how rich and complex a flavor Kretek is it can be pretty harsh on your atomizers even with proper care... It might be best to get you a Carto Tank system and punch some holes into the side of a Cartomizers and use Kretek that way... I've got a tank system on the way when I get it I will post some feedback. Cheers.

Thinking about picking some of this up. Which would be the way to go, sweetened or unsweetened? I know TV recommends sweetener...just wanted to get an opinion from somebody that loves to vape it.
Very good question, I've tried it both ways... but in my opinion I like it without the sweetener it I find the sweetener makes it a little too sweet Kretek will already have a little natural sweetness to it that you'll pick up now and then keep it mind it is rather spicy oh and plus the sweetener does seem to make it a little harder on atomizers due to the sucralose... But it's such a strong flavor that it will kill your atomizers fairly quickly... I bought a Cartomizer tank system and I have to say Cartomizers do seem to make this flavor a lot more full without the occasional burning problem that atomizers experience after a day of heavy use. It is an amazing flavor though, you should try it if you like clove cigs. Cheers.

P.S. if you're not sure whether or not to get it sweetened you can always pick up a bottle of the very stuff Geoff and his crew use in the misc tab. It's only 2 dollars and its a good amount of it.
