The straw mod only supposedly helps you add juice to the cart. For me, it was useless. I've never tried the tea bag mod because I have no need to. As I understand it, the pyramid tea bags are made of a different substance than square tea bags, so square tea bags may not work.

What you need is the highping cart mod. Take the filler out of the cart with tweezers and snip about 2/3rds of it off with scissors. Fill the cart with juice until it's almost full, then put the small piece of filler on top of the juice. How long did that take?

Then, you may need to add a couple of drops of juice to the filler so that it looks like a slushy. Add a couple of drops of juice to the bridge of the atty to make sure it's moist, then vape. If you hear a gurgling sound, you've probably flooded the atty. Simply take the cart off and blow through the atty from the threaded end. When you need to refill the cart, pull the filler out and put juice in, put the filler back in and top it off with juice if needed.

The highping cart mod allows you to put a lot more juice into the cart, and allows juice to more easily wick to the atty. A moist atty is a happy atty.

I vote for the pyramid tea bag mod. I usually use that, or cartomizers when I go out, and drip at home. There are tons of how-to videos on youtube for doing it, and unlike the regular tea bag mod, you can rinse and re-use the pyramid tea bag material.

I guess I like to keep it simple rather than fiddling with straws and springs and such. Just my opinion.
