Tea extract

Hello folks
I would like to make A consecrate out of loose tea.I am trying a mix of 50/50 and loose tea I have it soaking now.I have read about a mix of PG and a little vodka as a base mix.Is this a way to go?How much of each ingredient and how long might i soak it?

Hey just bumping because I would like to know too. I would love to make my own tea flavor, but would not know how to go about it either.
