    No you can't
With the new FDA rules almost here I thought I would experiment. Surprisingly so far it turned out excellent.

Made a batch of French Vanilla extract by adding 15 ml of PG let it steep for about 5 days mixed 30% VG to it and vape away at 12 watts it was good. Steep the remainder 30 days and it was better then good it was great. The coil turned black- found no residue on it. Don't see any reason if I like the flavor in a cup a tea, I would find it any different vaping it.

Second experiment two Peppermint Herbal teabags in 30 ml PG steeping. 4 days later mix is a clear light yellow.

I used Bigelow tea bag on first experiment though because its ingredients include soy lecithin. I have since switched to Carrington tea bags because it ingredients states "Natural flavor. No artificial colors or additives" Box of tea bags on sale cost me $1,00 for 20 on website $1.50. Carrington tea bags are microwaveable.

Tip if you decide to experiment yourself. Run your mix through a coffee filter.

Yep, works great. The black teas are much more difficult to filter than a green tea to my experience. (The fermented teas have very small particles apparently).
I had excellent results with Bigelow French Vanilla also Carrington Peppermint.

Also got some Good stuff natural tobacco that I like a lot. Its that flavor I was missing all along.

With the tea or tobacco having no problems with wicking and coils though the coil does get back and stays black.

My experiment couldn't have turned out better.
