Question 1: Will a USB charger work on an 18650?

Does anybody know technically whether these USB chargers are mated to one size battery, and how they work (timer vs sense battery condition)? Would they work for a 14250? or an 18650?

Question 2:
Is a single 14250 suitable for a low resistance atomizer?

I've read that high drains are better for e-cigs because they don't stress the batteries - will a 14250 provide enough juice, or do i need to move up to something like a 14500 or 18650 to avoid that stress I heard occurs when batteries are asked to provide more juice than normal? (or do i have that wrong?)

thanks,

Yeah they work i used a eGo charger ( 410mA) for 18650,s a few times. Takes about 7 to 8 hours for a 2600Mah. IMR batteries have really high discharge rates but are less mah. But a quality non imr 18650 thats 2600 mah has a rating of 5.2 max discharge amps. People use smaller batteries all the time though stressing them will just shorten the life span also you will get more a voltage drop so it will not a as stable as something higher rated. So it kinda depends what your looking for most will trade stability for smallness.

Edit: by stable i mean a stable output voltage that doesn't fluctuate very much at all.
