the marquis and deringer are both great for temp control -- getting dual coils to work on the marquis will drive your nuts though... notice my preference is the flavor chasers of the bunch you listed. but really any should work -- the others would give you more room to work with...
I use 28 guage for nickle

Any RDA that has adequate room for your coil and a good open draw will work just fine. Out of that list, the only I've used is the Marquis and it works well with temp control (others I've used with nickel builds are the Magma and Rogue, all worked well in this application). For the record, though, I've only done single coils with nickel builds. Duals were too finicky for me

As for wire gauge, I find 28 is pretty easy to work with. Twisted 32ga is okay, but a tad on the flimsy side when it comes to inserting wick

I'm the same way. It's just too delicate a balancing act (for me).

I've used TC coils on the Freakshow Mini and the Origen V2 as well as the Origen Genesis. The B&M I frequent built the coils for me with 28 gauge nickel wire. The owner did nine wraps and it comes in at 0.107 ohms. He doesn't recommend dual coil setups with nickel because the resistance is so low that to do a dual coil setup you would have to use even thinner wire or even more wraps to get the coil above the 0.10 ohm minimum needed for a DNA40 setup (the minimum with the YiHi SX350 chip is 0.06 ohms).

The wire is where it becomes difficult. Nickel I think is the best for most temp reg devices. Titanium wire for vaping is a new and up and coming option for those who are allergic. You can check out esomeguru in Germany, Spider Silk by ENVY (US seller), and learn about a new one today on a titanium thread Sweet Spot (US seller) TI wire.

If you are looking for tank systems, kanger has a nickle coil for the subtank series.
Good luck!
