I work outside and have trouble vaping in the cold weather. I keep my mod and tank warm but the cold air when I take a drag thickens the juice and I am only able to take a few drags before I get a dry hit. Is there such a thing as a insulated temperature controlled tank that keeps juice warm and makes vaping in the cold easier? Or does anyone have any tips that may help? (Other than going higher pg)

Welcome to ECF, tyjo...

To answer your first question... no, none that I'm aware of. As to your second question... there are things you can try.

1. Insulation. A "mod cozy" made of insulative material... that will hold in the existing heat generated, to a higher temp.

2. Resistance. Lower resistance and/or a higher application (regulated mod?) of current will produce a higher heat flux.

3. Physical size of the atomizer in question. You say it's a "tank", but not specifically what tank. A smaller tank, or one keeping the liquid closer to the atomization chamber / coils will serve to heat the surrounding liquid to a higher temperature.

4. Reduce the inlet, fresh air flow... assuming your "tank" has an AFC. This does two things... the lesser is it reduces the amount of ambient (cold) air drawn into the atty.
More importantly, it applies a higher percentage of your draw vacuum to pulling juice into the atty. All "pressure differential" atomizers with AFC can be tuned this way.

Aw, a li’l atty ..... But thank you, I just realized what’s been going wrong. Been getting some semi dry hits the past couple of nights when we walk. Use 80/20 and it hasn’t been that cold out, once you get moving at a decent pace. Think I'll try making one out of a small piece of fleece to cover the tank next time it gets that cold.

That is pretty cool.

Add a couple of percent of water to the juice.
