New to vaping don't even have my provari yet, but I want to get into diy so I have been watching videos on diy coils, wicks, juice and in all of the videos for making a coil I noticed screw top terminals that you connect the coils to and having to wrap them in a U shape around the terminals but why not make a connector for the screw to hold the coil since you don't need it to hold it tight since you would then mess up your wrapped coils and it could be like a car battery connection in theory but not crimped to the wire but like a chip bag clamp to just hold the wire.

So a clamp with a hole in the end near the terminal to allow 360 degrees of movement kinda like a washer welded to a scissor clamp to then just screw down the clamp and never move it once you found the way you want to do your coils, would this mess with the ohm's to much?

I'm not an electrician but it is just a thought, oh and just thought about it but maybe the area would just be to small for something like this so maybe a connection you can just plug the wire into and it gets stuck, maybe a small ring on the side of the terminal to just thread the wire through and kinda hook it on the ring and be done.

Was thinking this could be a way to switch pre-made coils with wicks you have in them already with hard to clean flavors in them, so then to go back to a flavor you just unhook the coil in your rda and throw in a coil/wick from the flavor you want.

Please leave comments and suggestions on this as i might do this when i get my pv to make quick flavor changes without having to make coils everytime or clean wicks everytime.
