Hello

I first picked up the aspire NX75 from a local store.I borrowed a tank, And Adam laser, disposable coil, battery, and whatever other parts I would need to make my first decent product functional. My first impressions to pointed out to me that the fit and finish of the NX75 are exceptional. I was worried that dropping it which would be in evitable and caused it to start to look terrible. The first thing I did was locate someone on eBay to order the aspire silicone case for this product. I placed the order and realize if the order was shipping out of Shenzhen and would take over a month to arrive to me. I then canceled that order and assumed that it would be easiest to order directly from the Aspire.

I placed an order for the Revvo drip tanks, several of the Revvo atomizer plates for replacing the “coil“, two Aspire HI drain 18650 batteries, several silicone cases, and I believe 4 packages of regular replacement atomizers for something like the Nautilis.

Very shortly after placing the order I received an email from support telling me that they no longer manufactured the batteries. I instructed them to remove the batteries from the order and just get the remainder of the order out as soon as possible. Somehow this lead to them confusing my instructions to put the entire order on hold and to only ship the order when there are modified and re-engineered batteries were shipping.

Once I got that all straightened out, the batteries were moved in order and received an email stating that the order would ship on 7 February. It is now the 13th, and have sent at minimum one email every day since the 8th inquiring as to what the tracking number is for my order, or any other questions I might have about my order. I have not yet received a reply to any of my emails.

I did notice that the only email I have received from supports does contain a tracking number in it. Putting the tracking number in to China posts website shows that not even a shipping label has been made, so the product has not been assembled, boxed, labeled, shippped, moved, nothing. But their banking has received my money because my credit card has been hit for the charges.

Is it really true that there is some strange Holiday that goes on in China which causes all businesses to shut down and CS in any professional operations for several weeks? If this is true would you not feel it prudent to put some type of alert or bulletin notice somewhere so that people like me might know not to order from your site during this rather large time window?

As it turns out I actually will be receiving one silicone case from eBay that was shipped out of China, and will be arriving in a few hours from now. Somehow a random seller on eBay is faster than a large conglomerate like Aspire.

How do I get in touch with someone who can pack my order into a box, tape it up, put my address on it, check the little next day air box on it, check the little charge aspire for these shipping charges box, and hand it to whoever picks up your guys mail?

I’m sitting here looking at my vape to only see four huge nicks and scratches on the bottom of it as well as dents and dings on the edges of it from dropping it which would not have occurred had at my product shipped when they were supposed to. You also have a design flaw in that the 510 tank that screws on the top of the mod leaves circular scratch marks in a radial pattern around at the top of the tank where it screws on. I suppose just doesn’t matter much as almost all of the time there will be a tank covering those real scratches and scuff marks. However you might want to consider some ever so slightly raise test one or something of that nature that is easily compressible yet does not allow the two pieces of metal to actually bond with each other and create scuff marks.

Is there anyone here from Aspire or just someone on the forums in general that can suggest to me what I should do to get my order processed? Should I email the six or seven email addresses that point to the aspireonline.com domain?

Hi Scott,
Do you have a vape store near you?
I only order from china if I can wait. Months.
Your option now, during Chinese new year is: Wait.

I remember CNY 2013, No one had coils for the VIVI Nova. So I began rebuilding. Ahh! the good old days.

Cheers mate,
This too shall pass...

Not going to happen. Ordering from China has always been an exercise in patience. And with the Chinese New Year in full swing, trying to contact anyone will be impossible as there's nobody to talk to at the business.

It is really true, but not strange that the Chinese New Year is in full swing beginning February 16th and everything shuts down for two week. For those of us that order from China and those conducting business there, we have known about the dates for quite some time. Of little value to you currently, but it is what it is.

It's also culturally important, and I think that's often undervalued by Westerners. CNY is Thanks Giving, New Years, Christmas, Easter, and 4th of July all rolled into one.

In China most workers live very far away from their home towns. They don't have vacation or other statutory holidays. CNY is the only time of year you get to see your family and everyone, for the most part, return to their ancestral home to celebrate.

It's the only holiday I really celebrate. It's the only time my dad will not go into work for overtime, the only time his wife closes the nail salon.

It's really important. No one will be processing orders from any Chinese company tech company. Especially those that produce some kind of good where they employ a lot of people from rural villages.

Yes, there is a Chinese new year going on right now. It started on the 7th and lasts approximately 14 days. There is a banner on their online shopping site explaining it, and that they will be closed until the 24th. They promise all orders placed between then will be shipped before march 2nd (probably will be backlogged quite a bit). Asking someone to go in and pack it out is like someone to go in on Christmas day, leave their family during this holiday, and go to work to ship a package.... Even so, I am sure the mail is limited, as well as customs and shipping. It's another culture, and the best thing to do is to respect it and just wait.

As far as the looks... IMO, you're carrying a portable item, and it will get dinged and scratched. Anything that someone uses is subject to not looking so good. That is why art is hung up, so that it's beauty is admired for centuries. However, my son's fathead sticker of Darth Vader will be lucky to last to the end of this year. :) If you wish to preserve the top from scratches, there are other things you can do. for one, you can put something between the atomizer and the mod.. and let THAT get scratched. they do sell a mod guard, or you could opt to put a heat sink in between.

Welcome and glad you joined.

If you are in a hurry, it's best to have a large volume US supplier in mind prior to purchasing any product made outside of country.

Yeh, I don't expect my recent orders from China anytime soon. I ordered a Smoant Cylon from there, too, right in the middle of the festivities. But, you can't judge a Chinese maker over CNY, you really can't.

Part of me is annoyed with myself, part of me goes, "Oh, the anticipation will be BLINDING." LOL.
