just had a customer in here having issues with his tesla that he just bought. thought it was the battery so he had bought a new battery, not that. 15 minutes and a bunch of frustration later, it turned out to be the bottom cap... the spring had become disengaged from the metal contact in the bottom cap, preventing it from turning on at all. does anyone else have this issue with their tesla and/or have a fix? i really dont want this guy to return it or be unhappy with it having to fiddle with the cap all the time...

Vaper look? Ya mean "hip and groovy"? Yeah, ya got that! :) Well, hopefully your Tesla guy gets it worked out without giving ya too much grief. I know what you mean by not wanting him unhappy with his purchase, and the fact that you even care.......looks like the local vape shop scored a winning employee!

Jeez, my Tesla looks like that just couldn't happen. The fat end of the spring (at the end of the cap), perhaps that could be bent (straigtened) out a bit? - so that it fits tight in the end cap.
