*Tesla One Starter Kit Not Firing*

I recently bought a Tesla one starter kit and it was working fine until I cleaned it now every time I try to fire it the button just flashes 5 times. does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

When you cleaned it did you make sure everything was completely dried? Welcome to ECF!!!

The .5 ohm one that came with the kit and the Tesla vortek tank if that helps

And I only cleaned the tank left the coil in the pen part

If you cleaned it with the coil in the tank then the coil is wet and it won't produce any vapor. When I rinse my coils out I have to do a lot of primer puffs to get the ejuice into them again.

Noo its nothing to do with the coil my pen isn't firing

Check all your connections and make sure the coil is tightly secure. Not sure why it won't fire. Someone with more experience in that device may come along to help.

If the pen is charged perhaps the center pin is pushed down to far?

How do you know when its touching the pin on the tank?

If it's not firing then there must be a connection issue. The battery pin may not be making contact with the tank.

See if this helps. I know your battery is not an ego, but the pin dynamics are the same.

The few things I read about that tank said that kit comes with .2 Kanthal coil and .5 ni200 coil . Could that coil you're using be for temp control?
