Hello all, I am a noob poster here but I've been lurking since late 2013.
I've had a Vamo V5, a K100+, a Hammer clone, and I'm expecting a Tesla VV/VW mod via vapemail tomorrow. My friend who owns a ProVari and a Tesla has referred to his Tesla as a mini ProVari. However from what I've seen and read for all intents and purposes it's just a more durable Vamo. I'm fine with this because aside from the fragile build quality (specifically the pot metal 510 threads), I loved my Vamo.
AFAIK the Tesla uses the same 3.3 chip as the Vamo, just with some additional screen animation, a lock function, and PWM, opposed to the ProVari's internal filtered PWM which preforms as flat signal when it hits the atty. Is this information accurate?
Also I'm moving back to regulated mods after purchasing a KFLv2 clone. I was messing with his Tesla and my kayfun and 4.2 v on a 1.2 ohm coil seemed to be a good setup. Those of you with regulated mods and KFLs what do you run?
