Teslacigs 3 low voltage

Good day and thank you in advance for your assistance. Still new to vaping but I picked up the Teslacigs 3 and smok TFV8. I used it throughout the day as anyone would who just got it and now the device is shutting off with a low voltage error. I plugged it in and it works again so maybe the battery is low but I don't understand why the battery indicator shows a full charge (the blue lights are all lit when engaging the trigger.

This is my first mechanical mod (technically speaking) so this is all new to me. If the internalbattery is low, shouldn't the lights decrease? Or is it something entirely else.

The lights should indicate battery voltage. Are you sure light wasn't bleeding to make it look like they were all lit?

INNOVATIVE LED LIGHT
The Teslacigs Three with four LED lights, is more stylish and attractive. When users fire it, the blue lights will activate. Situations such as charging, low battery voltage, reaching the puff cutoff, or a short-circuit will make the blue LED lights flash.

It looks like the light indicates either charge level or, when the fire button is hit, it lights up all the way (which is also the light pattern for a full charge).

I would even stretch that and call it a regulated mod

It puts out the battery's voltage and has some rudimentary protections, therefore it's unregulated.
