hey guys,

I ordered and recieved the following regulators and i need to know how to wire them up.

PTH08T260WAD

PTH08T261WAS

and UCC383T-ADJ

I'm not an electronics guru so i can't figure out what caps pots and resistors to use, but if someone lead me to the right schematics, i'm good at following instructions...

Thanks

Here you go. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/battery-mods/114901-evercool-variable-voltage-mod.html

Better off using a 6A OKR-T chip though, don't need capacitors with the OKR-T and it goes up to 6V instead of 5.5

Here are the OKR-T instructions if you need it http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/modding-forum/191607-easy-okr-t-vv-mod.html

Just be sure to use a 220 OHM resistor with the OKR-T instead of the 200ohm resistor listed in the link or els an ....... named WillyB will go bonkers on you.

Before you go knocking Willy remember that there are modders out there, who do not know the difference, that will take your word and go beyond the limits of a device that has the possibility of causing a catostrophic failure right in their face.

Unless you know for a fact that using a device beyond the manufacturers published limits, it is irresponsible to suggest otherwise.

JayTheGuy, your other 2 devices require many capacitors and the data sheet gives you the option of all MLCC or a combination of Tantalum and MLCC. Either option will require some large value capacitors that will cost more and take up more room than you may be willing to give up.

The only thing you need besdies the capacitors is to choose the feedback resistors/pot. If you want to go ahead with this I can help you select those values.
