Hey guys, remember I was telling you about getting Rx's refilled here at the WalMart in Deming, New Mexico? They sent a text message saying they were filling it and another that it was finished and ready to be picked up ...

well, I noticed I had a slow leak in my left rear tire on my truck last evening, so I went down the road and put some air in it and sure enough it was down a bit again this morning. I had noticed this WalMart had a Tire Center so I was there at eight this morning to get it fixed. We had talked to some locals who run the RV Park here and they said the people at the Tire Center were awesome.

So, I get my tire fixed. They took it off the truck, found a small screw in it, took the tire off the rim, repaired the damaged area, put it back on, checked the pressure in all my other tires ... and charged me ten bucks! All this took about thirty minutes.

Plus, while we were there an employee was "marking down" a lot of things and I got two car washing wands, really nice ones, for a buck each, and some Stabil that I use in a lot of my gas engine stuff at home - for half price.

I'm loving this WalMart in Deming!

I didn't think they ever discounted Stabil! At least they don't when it's time for me to pick some up for DH.

Hiya Night Owl Sdh!

We're still having a good time roughing it. Sunday morning we'll be leaving for points east in Texas ultimately ending up at Mason, Texas. Guess what we do there. Yep. Rock hunt. Only these ones you have to dig for. I like Arizona and New Mexico rocks better because they lay around on top of the ground. Like me.

Do you like convoluted plans? Here's my wife's plan.

When we get to Mason we'll spend a couple days there and then leave the trailer and my wife and I will drive on home in my truck. She's spend a couple days at home and then drive back to the trailer with two of our daughters and spend several days with them (probably digging up rocks).

Then she'll bring them home and spend a couple days at home and then she and I will return to Mason and camp and dig rocks some more.

As hard as I might try, I don't think I could ever come up with a plan like that.

That woman wears me out sometimes. But what can a guy do? I just smile and go along with it.

Just had the same repair yesterday on wife's truck at Big-O. Cost me $14 and I didn't even get other bargains while I waited. I feel violated.

TT, maybe all of those good deals that you are getting at the Walmart there may help to convince Mrs TT that's where you need to live lol

I hate to tell you this but all of my local Pharmacies, Walmart included, will text me when my scripts are ready lol Sheesh, you must be even more isolated than I am. That is hard for me to imagine that anyone could be

Um JJ been cold as of late jacket weather what the heck today was nice though !

Tg - dont be jealous of person retiring your time will come before you know it and then when you have a party at work or wherever your gonna reflect and well up some as you will realize where the heck did all them years go, it will hit ya like a ton of bricks Babe.

Gummy vicodins helped me long as i drank a beer or 2 to wash it down then felt good for a spell.
Course nothing beats a mushroom and i bet you know what i mean.
