Hey SecondChance, when we were coming back from Arizona and New Mexico recently we came through
Austin during the night on a Sunday. Holy Schmidt, what a big city!! I drove and drove and drove and going through that town was about as bad as driving across Texas! But once we got out of there I saw the sign to Moody!!! Its really there everyone. I don't think anybody lives there but there is such a place.

Hey Bummy Gear, its 25 miles from our place to the nearest McDonald's. Can you imagine how far it is to Hooters?

I can only wish!!! And wish! And wish!!

Actually, I'd be happy if we had anything around here. There's the Coffee shop but they shut down at dark.

And the Lube Rack and they have a Coke machine and a candy machine. If we're going to eat out that's where we usually go.

Seriously, Our town is like an old town square. It is easy to tell that once upon a time there was lots of activity there. The few shops that are actually open are very old and have maintained their historic features which is very cool. There is an old RR Station there that is now a museum. DH has an uncle that retired from the RR and he really enjoys that place.
