Not yet, PI, but I'm working on it. I'm vaping 12 mg now, down from 18 mg a couple of months ago.

No saint, PI, just common sense from my point of view, I don't trust those FDA 
. I think that they are going to screw around with e-cigs to the point that they will almost be banned. I'm not going back to smoking, so while I have the chance, I want to slowly wean myself off of nicotine.

It could go like that. Nic base banned, liquid restricted to cartridges filled with nothing stronger than 3mg nic, and vaping pretty much castrated except for black market sources.
I'm more worried about this: the FDA isn't empowered to levy taxes, but Congress is. They have it in their hands to deal the same sort of de facto prohibition to vaping as they have to smoking.

That's true, PI. Not just Congress though, the states want their cut of the action too. Let's face it, it's all about money and protecting the interests of the pharma companies. The government and big business win and we lose. It's a vicious circle, people smoke and pay excessive taxes. They try to quit, using "approved" methods and pay excessive prices to BP. Their carp doesn't work and people go back to smoking. On and on it goes.
Their crap doesn't work? Whatever do you mean? If I've heard it once from a toeing-the-PC-line physician, I've heard it 1,000 times: e-cigarettes haven't been adequately studied. If you want to quit, use the FDA's approved, safe and effective gum, patch and suicide-inducing drugs (effective, in this case, is defined at somewhere between 5 to 9% after recidivism).
