Jerry and Pokey have secured passports, but Toto is in Kansas. Unless a tornado—and a bump on her head—has spirited her away to the Land of Oz, a passport would seem superfluous. But that's just me.
I say keep the passports ready in case we visit Toto & she talks us into some world travel balloon trip or something. You know how easily we're talked into adventures....
