Yes, horrible. It was as if I'd stepped out of life on this Earth as knew it and onto a low-budget terrorism movie.
I remember that day, well. What a tragedy.
My oldest niece, who was 19 at the time and very worried, called me later in the day and asked me if we were at war. I wasn't going to lie to her, I told her "yes, we are at war".

I couldn't stop watching it as it happened and now I just don't want to see it anymore. All of the people affected literally around the world. And it was such a beautiful day in NYC. One minute you're drinking coffee talking to your boss, the next your boss is on fire and you're jumping to your death. So many stories. Excruciatingly sad.
